Questa è la prima delle 5 agende che utilizzerò quest'anno, come avevo già in parte spiegato qui:

Si tratta della filofax metropol mini. Nella copertina ci sono 4 tasche per le carte di credito, ed una tasca laterale lunga, ma io non le uso per non rovinarla.
La prima pagina è il foglio trasparente, detto flyleaf, in cui ho attaccato diversi post-it per le note veloci.
In alto si intravede il segnalibro per la settimana corrente.
I divisori che uso sono quelli della rubrica che erano già compresi all'interno dell'agenda e, a differenza delle altre filofax, sono in carta plastificata.
I primi tre divisori riguardano i primi tre mesi: gen / feb / mar
Gli altri divisori ospitano le restanti sezioni, ovvero:
- gli appunti
- la wishlist
- la lista di cose da fare
- le finanze

This is the mini filofax metropol . On the cover there are 4 pockets for credit cards, and a side pocket, but I don't use to not ruin them.
The first page is the flyleaf, in which I attacked several post-it notes for quick notes. At the top you can see the bookmark for the current week.
I use as dividers the dividers of the addresses book that were already included in this planner. They are made of glossy paper, unlike the other filofax.
The first three sections relate to the first three months: Jan / Feb / Mar
The other section are:
- notes
- wishlist
- list of things to do
- finances
Sulla facciata principale di ogni divisorio ho attaccato qualche pezzo di washi tape, per averne sempre un po' a portata di mano e pronto all'uso per ogni evenienza.

On the main facade of each divider I stuck a few pieces of washi tape, to have always a bit' on hand and ready for any eventuality.
La prima pagina di ogni mese è composta da un foglio piegato. Sul fronte ci sono dei riquadri per poter scrivere gli obiettivi che si vogliono raggiungere durante il mese, un riquadro per suddivide l'obiettivo in piccoli step da spuntare, e infine uno spazio per la valutazione del livello di soddisfazione.

The first page of each month consists of a folded sheet. On the front there are boxes, where you can write the goals you want to achieve during the month, a box to split the goal into small steps to check, and finally a space for the evaluation of the level of satisfaction.
Sull'altro lato del foglio c'è la vista mese vera e propria. Nella prima colonna si possono segnare le cose da fare che ancora non hanno una collocazione precisa nel calendario. Affianco al calendario c'è un riquadro giallo per segnare le cose che vanno fatte, con un apposito spazio da spuntare. Più in basso è collocato un grafico per valutare il livello di raggiungimento dei vari obiettivi, per le 5 settimane che compongono il mese. Questo grafico è importante per capire cosa sta funzionando o non funzionando nella pianificazione.

On the other side of the sheet there is the month view. In the first column you can mark your tasks that don't yet have a precise position in the calendar. Next to the calendar there is a yellow square to mark the things to do, with a space to check it off. Down there is a graph to assess the level of achievement of various objectives, for the five weeks of the month. This graph is important to understand what is working or not working in your schedule.
Nella pagina seguente sono riportati tre riquadri:
nel primo riquadro vanno segnati i compiti che si sono completati, con il relativo punteggio;
nel secondo riquadro invece vanno segnati i compiti non ancora completati, specificando quelli che si ha intenzione di cancellare, quelli che sono solo rimandati e quelli che sono ancora in corso di completamento;
nell'ultimo riquadro si possono scrivere alcuni commenti su cosa ha funzionato, cosa non ha funzionato e il perchè.

The following page shows three boxes:
in the first box you should mark the tasks completed, with its score;
in the second box you should marked instead the tasks not yet completed;
in the last box you can write some comments on what worked , what did not work and why.

Below is the weekly view on two pages. In this photo you can see the transparent sheet that I use as bookmark to locate the current day.
La sezione successiva è quella che riguarda le note. Ci sono pagine vuote, a righe e a quadretti, in doppio colore, lilla chiaro e lilla scuro.

The next section is about notes. There are blank, lines and squares pages in double color, lilac and dark purple .

Then the section of the wish list.
Le pagine per la lista di cose da fare. Alcune pagine hanno in alto un titolo, ad esempio:
università;
camera;
blog;
negozio;
e così via...

The pages for the lists of things to do. Some pages have a title at the top, for example:

shop ;
and so on ...
Infine le finanze, con le pagine per segnare le uscite e le entrate. Questa sezione si trova all'interno della filofax mini perchè, usandola come portafoglio, ha già all'interno tutti gli scontrini, quindi mi risulta più semplice completarla.

Finally finances, with the pages to mark the exits and entrances. This section is located in the mini filofax because, using it as a portfolio, it keeps already all receipts, so I find easier to complete it.
Per finire, ho inserito alcune bustine fatte da me, che uso per riporre i vari documenti. Ogni bustina è chiusa da un washi tape per evitare la fuoriuscita accidentale dei documenti.

Finally, I added some bags made by me, which I use to store various
documents. Each bag is closed by a washi tape to avoid accidental
leakage of the documents.
Nella tasca sulla copertina conservo i vari scontrini.

The pocket on the cover keeps the various receipts.
