Lace and wood

Ciao!! Eccomi pronta ed entusiasta di iniziare questa avventura per la Elizabeth Craft Design. Il mio primo progetto è questa card, realizata utilizzando i nuovi prodotti  disegnati da ModaScrap.

Hello!! I'm ready and excited to start this new adventure for Elizabeth Craft Design. My first project is this card, made using the new products designed by ModaScrap for the Elizabeth Craft Design.

Appena ho visto la fustella Lace Card, avevo una incredibile curiosità di utilizzarla, non avendone mai avuto nessuna di questo genere. Per trame così particolari, mi piace il bianco, perchè trovo che sia il colore perfetto per esaltarne la tessitura.

As soon as I saw the Lace Card die, I had an incredible curiosity to use it, because I never had any one of this kind. For such special lace I like white, because I find it's the perfect color to enhance its texture.

Ho scelto come sfondo questa bellissima carta legno, della collezione Christmas Holidays. trovo che gli dia quel tocco un po' shabby, non trovate?

I chose this beautiful wood paper from the Christmas Holidays collection as wallpaper. I find it gives that shabby touch, it doesn't?

Ovviamente, ogni mia carta DEVE avere un fiore, altrimenti non sarebbe mia 😂
Ho quindi scelto una stella di Natale, perfetta per questo periodo. In realtà il fiore però non è incollato sulla card, ma su una graffetta. In questo modo, chi la riceverà potrà riusarla come un segnalibro ^-^
ho usato un glitter verde per ricreare il fiore al centro delle varie foglie.

Obviously, every my greetings card MUST have a flower, otherwise it would not be mine 😂
So I chose a Christmas star, perfect for this period. Really the flower isn't glued on the card, but on a paper clip. In this way, who will receive it will be able to reuse it as a bookmark ^ - ^
I used a green glitter to recreate the flower at the center of the various leaves.

Ho poi aggiunto giusto qualche dettaglio per impreziosire il tutto:

• un po' di spago rosso e bianco;
• alcune stelline dorate
• alcune goccioline di color bianco sul legno, per dagli in aspetto vintage
• una tag con un sentiment timbrato sopra

e questo è il risultato finale ^-^

I then added just a few details to embellish everything:

• some red and white twine;
• some golden stars
• some white-colored droplets on the wood, for a more vintage-looking
• a tag with a sentiment stamped on it

and this is the final result ^ - ^
